Ricoh Receives BLI PaceSetter Award for its Business Process Services and Intelligent Business Platform℠

Thank you to our customers and every business we’ve spoken to that has shared with us their challenges and needs.

Recently, Ricoh was recognized with the Buyers Lab (BLI) PaceSetter Award in Business Process Services for 2020-2021. Our IT and managed print service offerings played a big role, but so did our Intelligent Business Platform, a new service inspired by you, our customers.

Business challenges addressed by IBP

It would be easy to say IBP addresses business processes and workflows.
