Ricoh’s Response to Ukraine Crisis

March 17, 2022 – The violence and speed with which the humanitarian crisis is unfolding across Ukraine and the surrounding area is deeply distressing. The Ricoh Group is profoundly saddened by this tragic situation and our thoughts are with every person impacted.

As a result of the crisis, Ricoh has established a global crisis management support team to ensure the safe and secure environment for employees and their families in the affected areas. Ricoh has also made the decision to suspend shipments of all devices to Russia. We will continue to fully comply with all sanctions imposed on Russia.

This crisis goes against our founding philosophy, the “Spirit of Three Loves,” and every value we hold dear as a global organization – we stand together, shoulder to shoulder in our desire for a swift and peaceful resolution.
