Now in its 18th year, the Training Top 125 ranking is based on a variety of benchmarking statistics, such as total training budget; percentage of payroll; number of training hours per employee program; goals, evaluation, measurement, and workplace surveys; hours of training per employee annually; and detailed formal programs.

We are the 2016 recipient of the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) RISE Meetings Impact Award, based on the successful planning and execution of our seven Regional Services Leadership Symposiums that were held across the country in 2015. Through the symposiums, we brought together more than 700 leaders from our expanded Managed and Technology Services group. Using the theme IGNITE (Innovate. Grow. Nurture. Inspire. Transform. Evolve.), each event included three days of general sessions, cross-functional breakout sessions, a team-building event and an innovation showroom featuring our latest technologies.
