You can also scan originals and send the digital files directly to your smartphone to take them with you or share them with others.
Track everything and everyone
Hold users accountable. With user authentication, users log in to the device via passcodes or billing codes. Or, you can add the optional Near Field Communication (NFC) card reader and use proximity cards to gain access. You’ll be able to track activity and issue chargebacks with RICOH Device Manager NX Accounting. Built-in encryption and overwrite tools protect your data. Monitor web administration tools, including automated service alerts, real-time device monitoring and trouble-shooting.
