EXTON, PA, September 16, 2026 – Ricoh USA, Inc., a leading integrator of print manufacturing and automation, today announced it will bring the connected print manufacturing experience to life for attendees at PRINTING United Expo 2026. At booth N6169, visitors will follow a real production print job from intake through finishing and fulfillment, seeing firsthand how hardware, software, services, workflow, automation, and partner technologies work together as a connected system that drives efficiency, quality, and return on investment (ROI).
By recreating a modern print manufacturing environment on the show floor, Ricoh will help attendees gain a deeper understanding of how an integrated approach can create meaningful business outcomes across their entire operation.
Seeing the full picture
Designed around the idea that production print is a form of manufacturing, the demonstration will showcase how success is driven not by isolated technologies, but by the strong connections between people, processes, data, and equipment.
Ricoh’s booth journey centers on a sample golf resort and spa kit from intake and workflow management through production, finishing, quality control, fulfillment, and delivery. Deliverables in the kit — such as a spa booklet produced on the RICOH Pro C9500 with inline booklet finishing, and a golf ball box printed on the RICOH Pro C7500 with silver toner, digitally die-cut on the Plockmatic SC7100, and paired with LogoJET-printed golf balls — will represent the unique capabilities of both Ricoh’s production technologies and third-party solutions featured on the floor, with interactive signage pointing to partner booths for those who want to go deeper.
"Many print businesses are operating under increasing pressure to improve productivity, overcome labor constraints, and identify new opportunities for growth through operational and manufacturing economics and not simply speeds and feeds alone," said Gavin Jordan-Smith, Chief Global Sales Officer, RICOH Graphic Communications. "At PRINTING United, we're giving visitors a chance to lean in and take a closer look at the full operation. By connecting hardware, workflow, automation, and services around business outcomes, we're showing how print providers can make more informed decisions and unlock greater value throughout their organizations."
Making smarter decisions across the business
Rather than focusing on a single product category, Ricoh's demonstrations will explore how integration influences workflow efficiency, production capacity, quality, turnaround times, and profitability, helping customers evaluate where investments can have the greatest impact across their operations.
Practical examples and real-world production scenarios will show how connected workflows help reduce manual touchpoints, improve operational visibility, and support more informed decision-making across the business.
Technology in context
Throughout the booth, visitors will experience technologies and solutions supporting a wide range of production environments and applications, including:
RICOH Pro VC80000 continuous feed color inkjet press.
RICOH Pro C9500 and RICOH Pro C7500 sheetfed color production presses.
RICOH Auto Color Adjuster simplified color management solution.
Plockmatic SC7100 and LogoJET UVx90R-SE partner technologies.
Ricoh will demonstrate how these technologies, combined with software solutions such as RICOH ProcessDirector, RICOH Predictive Insight, and RICOH TotalFlow Optimizer, contribute to a connected production ecosystem, helping print providers enhance the way work is sold, received, produced, finished, measured, delivered, and continuously improved.
Focused on measurable outcomes
Beyond live demonstrations, Ricoh production print and workflow experts will be onsite to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping today's print industry — from operational constraints and sustainability opportunities to practical strategies for driving growth, ROI, and efficiency.
