EXTON, Pa., August 28, 2024 - Ricoh USA, Inc. today announced further expansion of their decade-long partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles. In addition to supporting the team’s print and information management processes, Ricoh has implemented DocuWare, a digital document management solution, to create more efficient workflows across the organization.
The Eagles employ Ricoh innovations throughout the franchise—such as onsite expertise to help with information management and distribution to coaches, teams and media, and high-quality production print solutions—alongside other workflow services, like security and ransomware protection.
“For more than a decade, Ricoh’s innovative business solutions have transformed our workplace,” said Brian Napoli, Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, Philadelphia Eagles. “Their expertise in technology, digital and print management, workflow efficiency, and sustainability enable our football and business operations to remain on the cutting edge. We are excited to now expand upon our partnership with Ricoh and utilize its industry-leading business solution, DocuWare, to further streamline our performance.”
In addition to local roots and a shared vision, a commitment to sustainability is also at the heart of both organizations. By partnering with Ricoh, the Eagles drastically reduced their paper consumption at both Lincoln Financial Field and the NovaCare Complex—saving more than 100 trees and nearly a million sheets of paper annually.
“Sustainability is a growing focus for all businesses and has been a clear imperative at Ricoh for decades,” said Lauren Sallata, CMO, Ricoh Digital Services, North America. “As we strengthen and grow our long-standing partnership with The Eagles, together we are making a positive impact both within the organization and beyond.”
Celebrating the start of football season, Ricoh will sponsor the halftime drone show during the Eagles Season Kickoff Watch Party at Lincoln Financial Field on September 6. For more information on Ricoh, click here or follow the company's social media channels on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
