The IDC MarketScape recognizes Ricoh as a 2020 Worldwide Print Transformation Leader

At the beginning of 2020, we were thrilled that the IDC MarketScape recognized Ricoh as a worldwide security solutions and services leader.1 Since then, our cloud and IT teams have been busy.

As the world changed overnight, our cybersecurity teams have been busy helping businesses adapt to the many security threats businesses face with the sudden and dramatic increase in remote workers.

We’ve also found ourselves helping organizations adapt to this new world of work. It’s a world where data, documents, and information must be shared between remote workforces, those who need to be in offices, shops, warehouses, or manufacturing plant floors.

For years, we’ve built a digital services and solutions portfolio to address the workflow, security, collaboration, print needs, and more of just such a world.

In 2020, that world arrived suddenly.

Today, we’re glad to be helping organizations adapt. We’re also thrilled to be recognized by the IDC MarketScape as a worldwide print transformation leader. 2
