Katya Andresen

Chief Digital & Analytics Officer, Cigna

Katya Andresen serves as Cigna's Chief Digital & Analytics Officer. In this position, she leads digital strategy and data and analytics for the company’s lines of business as well as cross-enterprise experiences to drive affordability, predictability and simplicity in health care. Prior to joining Cigna in September 2021, Katya drove experience innovation in financial services as a Senior Vice President at Capital One, focusing on creating and delivering an integrated, end-to-end experience for customers across all touchpoints with a team that included customer insights, digital product and experience, brand, digital marketing, content marketing, design, servicing, and Capital One Cafes.

Before joining Capital One, Katya served in executive roles for mission-focused technology companies, as CEO of the education technology company Cricket Media and COO and CSO of Network for Good, a payments platform and SaaS enterprise solution for digital giving and social actions that was founded by AOL, Yahoo! and Cisco.

Katya guest lectures at Georgetown University’s business school and has served as an adjunct professor at the American University Key Executive Leadership Program. Earlier in her career, Katya was a foreign correspondent for Reuters News and Television in Asia and for Associated Press and major U.S. newspapers in Africa. Katya holds a B.A. in History from Haverford College.
