i can't find it in network?

The B in the model name indicates that this is a Basic model – this means that it is a copier only model by definition. In order for it to become accessible on your network, it needs to be equipped with optional print/scan capability which would had to have been purchased from your local Ricoh sales department and then installed by a service technician. The quickest way to know if the machine is equipped with this option would be to look for physical buttons on the control panel that say Printer and/or Scanner. Alternately, you can check to see if the machine’s logical programming indicates the presence of these physical options – press User Tools, then look to see if Printer Features and/or Scanner Features appears. If neither the physical nor the logical items appear, this machine cannot be put onto your network – it doesn’t have the ability. If they do show, then you’ll need to interact with your IT person or department towards getting the information (IP address, subnet mask, gateway, etc) to place the unit onto the network.
