For 19 years, MLB’s Miami Marlins rented space at Sun Life Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins football team, until they opened Marlins Park in 2012. Whether it’s dealing with other teams, agents or travel logistics, officers, managers and staff are in constant contact in order to help set up the team for on-field success.
All solutions and training occurred on time. The accounts payable created improved information flow across the entire enterprise, reducing processing times from up to 14 days to no more than 2. And with Ricoh managing their printer fleet, the Marlins have been able to budget more effectively and optimize their print practices.
