This foundation gave Dexter a deep understanding of operational excellence and the evolving needs of enterprise IT.
He transitioned into Portfolio Management over time, where he began to focus on shaping and delivering value-driven IT Services to Ricoh’s Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cyber Security portfolios. His work involves aligning service innovation with business outcomes, driving go-to-market strategies, and ensuring Ricoh offerings meet the dynamic demands of modern digital enterprises.
