How does laser technology work?
The laser printing process involves several coordinated steps:
Charging: A drum inside the printer is given a uniform electrical charge.
Exposing: A laser beam scans the drum, altering the charge in specific areas to form an image.
Developing: Toner (a fine powder) is attracted to the charged areas of the drum.
Transferring: The toner image is transferred from the drum to the paper.
Fusing: Heat and pressure fuse the toner to the paper, creating a permanent image
