 Together with our partner, United Tranzactions (UTA), we’re proud to offer you a fast, convenient electronic check payment option. With online bill pay, you:

 

  • Don't have to write physical checks or pay for postage.
  • Can minimize the risk of late payments and penalties.
  • Get confirmation when your payment processes.

 

Save time and eliminate the worry about whether or not your payment was successful.

 

If you're already registered, click the link of the business unit listed in the remittance section of your invoice.

 

*If the remit to address indicates: "GE Capital c/o Ricoh USA Program" or other, please review your invoice for payment options or customer service contact information. Please do not register for payment at this website.

If you haven't registered yet, follow the instructions below to sign up for our online invoice payment program:

  1. Click on the business unit link above that matches the remittance name on your invoice.
  2. Follow the "Click here to register" link.
  3. Fill out all of the required information, including customer name, address, password, banking information, etc. We securely store everything to make future payments easier.
  4. Submit the invoice number(s) and amount(s) you wish to pay. Depending on the time and day, it could take 48 to 72 hours for a payment to post to your account.
