Result

With new workflows and our managed services, the Katy ISD print shop offers 48-hour turnaround time from job submission to completion.

Confidence is restored in the print shop, and the volume proves it: more than 4 million impressions a month now, compared to the previous 1.5 million. Better yet, 99% of their printing is done in-house, whereas previously 80% was outsourced. In a recent school year, Katy ISD saved $350,000.
