What's the difference between Ricoh Content Manager and Document Mall? They sound a lot alike.
Brian B on Aug 22, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hello Brian,

RICOH Content Manager, formerly known as DocumentMall, leverages a new streamlined user interface that is significantly faster and more responsive than the DocumentMall interface.
Like its predecessor RICOH Content Manager is also a multi-tenant SaaS document management application but is now hosted in a new mindSHIFT date center. The mindSHIFT data center offered an all new and much more powerful architecture for existing DocumentMall customer but also for new RICOH Content Manager customers. As a result of the move to mindSHIFT, Ricoh has opened up new opportunities to explore new plug-in connectors with other Ricoh hardware and software solutions, as well as new API-level integrations with qualified partner solutions to address specific customer workflow requirements.

What other MFP brands can be used for scanning to RCM?
Jason M on Dec 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hello,

Any MFP that can scan to a network folder can be used with Ricoh Content Manager (RCM) and DocumentMall. Scanned documents would have to be uploaded from the network folder. Ricoh brand MFPs (Savin, Lanier) have a connector that enables authentication and scanning directly to the Ricoh Content Manager and DocumentMall repository.
