Do your printers / MFP support printing from Android tablets and smart phones?

BEST ANSWER: Many smart phones and tablets can print to Ricoh printers (& MFP) using Ricoh Smart Device Print & Scan. Many can scan, too. Please go to http://www.ricoh.com/software/printandscan for details.
Does it come with ink? How many colors?

BEST ANSWER: Hello,

This machine is discontinued, I have included a link to the suggested replacement. Both machines take 4 colors and if purchased new would come with starter ink.

I can't get it to print from my computer it says its hooked up and ready but not sure if I have done something wrong?
