"mindSHIFT is so good, they usually have the answer for me even before I'm done asking the question," said Haeck. "This partnership is very refreshing."
To accommodate the firm's mix of younger, technology-savvy users and older, more technology-averse users, mindSHIFT conducted a standardized, simplified rollout with web-based training at every location. The morning the solution went live, mindSHIFT employees were at each site to resolve issues immediately.
"It required immediate success to make the attorneys believers," said Chief Operating Officer Jack Kincaid. "They had to be able to log on as if nothing happened. The mindSHIFT team made that work."
