Using the Data-Imaging Camera Solution
- Automatic association of images to barcodes - simply scan a bar code with the camera then take a picture
- Additional meta-data can be associated with captured images through a user-configurable menu system on the camera (date and time are also recorded)
- Scanned barcode and user-entered data are stored in the image EXIF header
- Once uploaded to a PC or server, the images can be automatically integrated with databases and associated with documents based on their barcode or entered data

- Images are uploaded electronically directly from the 500SE Camera to the home office server via Internet/FTP
