A 'Data-Dictionary' may be loaded into the camera from a PC so users in the field can select workflow-related information from the camera’s on-screen menu system. Pre-set items may be selected from "drop-down" lists, or a keypad in the camera may be used for dynamic data-entry. Voice information may also be added to the memo via the camera's on-board microphone.
