INTEGRATE LEGACY DATA into your digital workflow

Ricoh Digital Imaging Services

Most enterprises use electronic document management systems for storage, access and sharing. Often, both new and legacy information stored on microfilm, microfiche and paper is not converted to a digital format. This can lead to costly problems, because much of the unconverted information is business-critical. Ricoh offers expert services for digitizing this information and integrating with your electronic flow.

Enlisting our advanced technologies — high-speed scanners, internally developed scanning software and advanced automated indexing of database files, bar codes, OCR, ICR, OMR, and support for virtually any image format including but not limited to TIFF,JPEG, PDF — we deliver high quality solutions and client satisfaction.
