Using Web SmartDeviceMonitor

  • No special client software needed - remote administration and configuration of devices can be done from anywhere using a web browser
  • Clicking on a listed device reveals current conditions including paper, toner, memory levels, counter and configuration information
  • Displays early warnings such as "Low Toner", or "Almost out of Paper" as well conditions that indicate a halted device including "Paper Jams", "No Toner", "Cover Open", etc.
  • Alerts can be automatically emailed or sent by text message to support personnel
