This service is provided on a per incident basis for customers that do not have their own in-house expertise or for customers that have their own staff, but require a deeper knowledge bank to maintain a Novell and/or NT environment. This provides the customer with access to certified engineers such as Novell MCNE's, Microsoft MCSE's, Compaq ASE's, Cisco CCNA's and CCDA's. Expertise and familiarity are the necessary factors to maintain a reliable and seamless Network.

This service provides a customer with 3 different levels of Network management all accomplished simply through a telecommunications link to our location. Whether a client chooses one of these levels or all of them, experienced, knowledgeable, professional engineers will cover them in a cost effective manner. If a client requires either a short-term fix or a long-term ongoing relationship they will be covered in the most reliable and realistic fashion.
Server Monitoring
This proactive server management service is provided 24x7 to maximize server availability by alerting Ricoh's Network Consulting Services of potential problems via server monitoring agents. Having your network server monitored by Ricoh's Network Consulting Services Response Center insures maximum server availability by discovering potential problems before they occur and wherever possible, correcting them. The key to a stable network platform is proactive, timely, and consistent Network Management. This service provides an option that might otherwise be cost prohibitive to the customer to have in house.
Network Helpdesk
This service is an extension of our Helpdesk Services. It provides unlimited telephone support that covers all aspects of network infrastructure, including: file servers, application servers, communication servers, routers, print servers, switches, hubs, etc. This valuable service is aimed at the resolution of the many complexities that exist in a multi-vendor network.
Client Desktop Helpdesk
Client Desktop Helpdesk services provides comprehensive desktop monitoring and support that covers the most time consuming tasks for a network administrator. Monitoring software will immediately notify our Response Center of failures, impending failures, virus penetration, and software metering issues, print job failures, communication failures and anything else that affects the availability of the workstation. We will take remote control of the workstation and walk the user through the proper procedures, perform system maintenance and handle problems as they occur. This service includes unlimited telephone support, and if necessary a Service Technician will be dispatched at our normal on-site service rates.
