Ricoh's Network Consulting Services provides outsourcing to those customers who have a need for engineering support on a more long term basis at a very affordable rate. Under outsourcing guidelines, network certified engineers and manufacturer certified technicians are dispatched to customers locations for a pre-determined length of time. The length of time at a minimum is (1) calendar month and there is no maximum. The engineer will report to the customers work site every morning, and be under the supervision of the customer.
