• Capture your business and technical requirements utilizing our Needs Analysis document
• Determine the feasibility of potential solutions with your existing print environment
• Develop a Statement of Work that includes the solutions, and services recommended, professional services quotes, customer deliverable scoping, cost, project plan, and acceptance criteria
• Develop a Technical Implementation Plan which details the who, what, and when of our implementation plan
