West Caldwell, NJ, December 22, 2008 - Ricoh Americas Corporation, a leading provider of digital office equipment, today announced that Gartner named Ricoh in the leaders category of its Magic Quadrant for multifunction products (MFPs) and printers worldwide.1 Gartner evaluates MFP and printer providers based on "quality and effectiveness of the processes, systems, methods and procedures that encourage product competition in the marketplace."
