2013 1to1 Media Customer Champions award for Tom Probola is a testament to Ricoh’s customer first philosophy
Malvern, PA, October 24, 2013 - A key Process Improvement executive for Ricoh Americas Corporation has been named a 2013 1to1 Media Customer Champion by 1to1 Media, an online resource focused on helping organizations across the globe realize the greatest value from their customer base.
The award was given to Thomas Probola, Senior Manager, Customer Excellence for Ricoh Americas Corporation at the Forrester Forum for Customer Experience Professionals West in Los Angeles, CA on October 9, 2013. Probola was one of 12 recipients to receive this year’s award that gives honor to executives that go above and beyond to treat customers as valuable resources. Winners were selected based on nominations that detailed what the executive has done to demonstrate a commitment to customers, to balancing customer and company needs, and to building and supporting a team of people dedicated to delivering a compelling, profitable customer experience.
