ISO 14001 - Environmental Impact Information Systems
Environmental Management System
The Ricoh Group has constructed an Environmental Management System that conforms with ISO 14001. While horizontally expanding its know-how throughout the production bases that have obtained certification, the company has also obtained ISO 14001 certification at its business bases. The Environmental Management System will be updated continually in the "Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)" cycle.

- Environmental Auditing
The Ricoh Group implements internal environmental auditing independently, by business site, to help assure the achievement of the environmental action plan group-wide. The auditing is carried out by an in-house environmental auditor, and the results are then reported to top management at each business site. To coordinate those efforts and combine them for the environmental improvement of the entire Ricoh Group, the PDCA cycle for the environmental management system has been expanded.
