Martin Brodigan

Martin BrodiganChairman and CEO

On May 1, 2012, Martin Brodigan was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ricoh Americas Corporation. Brodigan also serves as Group Executive Officer, Corporate Vice President for Ricoh Company, Ltd. of Tokyo, Ricoh Americas Corporation’s parent company.

Brodigan is focused on transforming Ricoh Americas Corporation from a company known for office imaging equipment into a services-led organization. The company is focused on helping customers make information work for them in today’s new world of work. This means enabling workers at organizations of all sizes to access – from anywhere and at any time – the information needed to make critical business decisions.

Brodigan has held many leadership positions throughout his 23-year tenure with Ricoh. He served as EVP and CFO of Ricoh Americas Corporation from 2010-2012, and as President and CEO of Ricoh U.S. from 2008-2010. In addition, from 1995 to 2007, Brodigan served Ricoh Canada, first as SVP of Finance and Administration, and then as President and CEO from 2000 to 2007.

From 1991 to 1995 Brodigan worked for Gestetner Plc (which was subsequently acquired by Ricoh) in London, first as Finance Director, Manufacturing and then Head of Internal Audit.

Brodigan obtained his Chartered Accountant qualification while working for KPMG in London, England. During his time with KPMG, Brodigan worked on audits, mergers and acquisitions for large public companies. Following this, he joined a boutique investment bank based in Monaco, working on leveraged buyouts and tax planning strategies.

Tracey Rothenberger

On April 1, 2013, Tracey Rothenberger was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Offi cer of Ricoh Americas Corporation. In this role, Rothenberger is responsible for Services Consulting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Administration and Process Improvement teams. In addition, Rothenberger has been appointed a Corporate Senior Advisor of Ricoh Americas' Tokyo-based parent company, Ricoh Company, Ltd.

Rothenberger draws from more than 20 years of leadership experience. He joined IKON (a Ricoh company) in 1999, and during this time Rothenberger's roles included: Senior Vice President, CIO and Chief Process Officer for Ricoh Americas Corporation as well as Senior Vice President and CIO for IKON Offi ce Solutions.

Rothenberger led the centralization of IKON's IT infrastructure and its global Oracle ERP implementation. He was also a key member of the team responsible for the sale of IKON to Ricoh. After joining Ricoh, Rothenberger helped stabilize the company's operating environment following Ricoh's ERP implementation, then became Chief Process Officer responsible for optimizing business processes across all functions.

Most recently, Rothenberger was also responsible for leading essential aspects of Ricoh Americas' transformation to a services led company – ensuring the company took an enterprise-wide view for greater alignment and global linkage while achieving sustained business growth, improved customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery.

Prior to joining IKON, Rothenberger held senior leadership positions at Ecolab, a Fortune 500 company, and U.S. Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America.

Gary Crowe

Gary CroweSenior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ricoh Americas Corporation
On April 1, 2012, Gary Crowe was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ricoh Americas Corporation. As CFO, Crowe oversees all Ricoh Americas finance operations in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Crowe has been a key member of Ricoh’s U.S. finance organization throughout his 13-year tenure with Ricoh and IKON (which was acquired by Ricoh). Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Finance for Ricoh’s U.S. operations from 2008 - 2012, and as Vice President of Internal Audit from 2006 - 2007. In addition, from 2003 - 2005, Crowe led the West Region finance organization.

Previously, Crowe held several auditing, accounting and consulting positions with various organizations across the country.

Crowe holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University, as well as certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) | Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Balaji Rangaswamy

Balaji RangaswamyChief Information Officer

Balaji Rangaswamy was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO), Ricoh Americas Corporation, effective April 1, 2014. In his new capacity, Rangaswamy is responsible for the overall formulation and execution of Ricoh’s strategic IT vision and goals, and continues to play an integral role in the delivery of cutting-edge technology for the company’s internal and external audiences

Most recently, Rangaswamy served as Vice President, Information Technology, where he streamlined Ricoh’s IT organization through the development and consolidation of enterprise systems, and drove customer mobility and employee collaboration strategies.

Prior to that, Rangaswamy held the position of Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, and was instrumental to the Ricoh/IKON integration. Managing the data migration effort, he implemented data quality and customization gap analysis, integrated data with manufacturing systems, and set up a consolidated ERP and CRM system. He also took on improving the company’s mobility strategy, which included the development of applications for iOS and Android devices of Ricoh customers and employees. His efforts in both areas helped increase customer satisfaction while ensuring a strong foundation was in place to support Ricoh’s future IT demands.

Rangaswamy joined IKON Office Solutions in 1997 as a Technical Analyst and later held roles as Project Manager, Senior Manager, Director of Application Architecture and Development, and VP of Business Solutions and Architecture, which set the stage for his executive positions in Ricoh after the company acquired IKON in 2008.

Rangaswamy graduated with a B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bombay.

Tim Vellek

Tim VellekSenior Vice President, Marketing
Ricoh Americas Corporation
Tim Vellek was appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing for Ricoh Americas Corporation (RAC) in July 2014. Vellek is a seasoned industry professional, bringing more than 35 years of marketing, service, support and sales experience – throughout the Americas and internationally.

In his current role, Vellek leads the newly formed RAC and Production Printing Business Group (PPBG) marketing organizations, and sets the company’s transformation strategy to becoming a services-led organization within the Americas. Furthermore, Vellek is focused on meeting the needs of Ricoh’s customer base – through both direct and dealer channels – and ranging from SMBs to Global/Enterprise. He also oversees Ricoh’s new business development and alliance strategy, as well as Ricoh’s Technology Center and sustainability activities in the Americas.

Vellek has held numerous positions within Ricoh Americas, most recently leading Ricoh’s Production Printing Business Group. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Lanier Europe Group, a €500 million business responsible for the Europe, Africa, and Middle East markets. During this time, he led the integration of Lanier and the acquisition of Agfa-Gevaert’s Copy System Division in 17 countries.

Vellek also served as Vice President, New Business Strategies where his responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, technology and strategic partnership investments, and the creation of several new business ventures. In addition, Vellek served as Vice President, Worldwide Service and Support, where he was responsible for the entire Lanier Worldwide service and support organization, including a field workforce in seven domestic and five overseas regions. Vellek began his career with Lanier, and has held numerous leadership positions, including: Vice President, Service and Support; International Service Manager; and Marketing Manager.

Vellek attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and served in the United States Air Force in the Strategic Air Command.

Donna Venable

Donna VenableSenior Vice President, Human Resources

Donna Venable was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Ricoh U.S. in 2009, and expanded her role to Ricoh Americas Corporation in April 2010. She is responsible for overseeing human resources activities for all Ricoh Americas locations, including leadership development, succession planning, diversity and corporate social responsibility, learning and development, employee relations, health, welfare and retirement benefit plans. Venable also plays a leadership role in global HR initiatives for Ricoh Company, Ltd.

Prior to this, Venable served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for IKON Office Solutions before its acquisition by Ricoh. She has more than 14 years of human resources experience with IKON, and 22 total years managing HR functions. Venable also served as Vice President, Human Resources Shared Services, where she led IKON’s global compensation, benefits, systems and programs teams. She also held field human resources roles at IKON. Previously, Venable held HR roles with Doubletree Hotels and Guest Quarters Hotels.

Venable is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She is a board member of the HR Executive Alliance and co-chair of the HR Executive Summit, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Chapters.
