On May 1, 2012, Martin Brodigan was appointed Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer, Ricoh Americas Corporation. Brodigan also serves as
Corporate Senior Advisor for Ricoh Company, Ltd. of Tokyo, Ricoh
Americas Corporation's parent company.
Most recently, Brodigan served as EVP and COO overseeing all sales and service
channels in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
Brodigan has held several leadership positions throughout his 21-year tenure with Ricoh.
He served as EVP and CFO of Ricoh Americas Corporation from 2010-2012, and as
President and CEO of Ricoh U.S. from 2007-2010. In addition, from 1995 to 2007,
Brodigan served Ricoh Canada, first as SVP of Finance and Administration, and then as
President and CEO from 2000 to 2007.
From 2005 to 2007 he was co-assigned as VP Alliances for the Global Services Business
Center, Ricoh Company, Ltd.
From 1991 to 1995 Brodigan worked for Gestetner Plc (which was subsequently acquired
by Ricoh) in London, first as Finance Director, Manufacturing and then Head of internal
Audit.
Brodigan obtained his Chartered Accountant qualification while working for KPMG in
London, England. During his time with KPMG, Brodigan worked on audits, mergers and
acquisitions for large public companies. Following this, he joined a boutique investment
bank based in Monaco, working on leveraged buyouts and tax planning strategies.
Dominic Pontrelli
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Ricoh Americas Corporation
Dominic Pontrelli was appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing, Ricoh
Americas Corporation in October 2012. Pontrelli is a seasoned Sales and
Marketing executive with more than 30 years experience at Ricoh, including
both domestic and international responsibilities in key business units and
strategic planning organizations.
Currently, Pontrelli is responsible for setting Ricoh's marketing strategy, including technology
and solutions, channel development, new media and communications. He also oversees
Ricoh's new business development and alliance strategy, as well as Ricoh's Technology
Center and sustainability activities in the Americas. His overall role is to set the Americas'
strategy to a services-led company, focused on meeting the needs of Ricoh's customer base,
ranging from SMBs to Global/Enterprise requirements. In addition, Pontrelli is General
Manager, Ricoh Global Services Business Center, where he spent two years working from
Ricoh Company, Ltd. headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
Starting as a sales professional with the company in 1980, Pontrelli has had numerous
positions of increasing responsibility with the company, including National Account Manager,
District Manager and Product Marketing Manager. In 1995, as Marketing Director of Copying
Systems, he gained valuable worldwide strategic marketing experience. He then became
National Sales Manager for Professional Services in 1998, and a year later was promoted to
Vice President of Global Accounts. In 2001, he assumed the role of Vice President of
Marketing for Lanier, A Ricoh Company, and was then appointed Vice President, Ricoh Global
Services Americas in 2007 and Senior Vice President, Business Development, Ricoh
Americas Corporation in May 2012, respectively.
Pontrelli holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Economics.
Terrie Campbell
Vice President, Strategic Marketing
Ricoh Americas Corporation
Terrie Campbell serves as Vice President, Strategic Marketing for Ricoh
Americas Corporation. In this role, she has responsibility for the strategy,
direction and execution for Ricoh's Managed Document Services approach,
as well as key vertical marketing strategies and programs, for both direct and
dealer channels. Campbell is also the Global Lead for the development of tools and processes
to ensure consistent execution of Ricoh Managed Document Services around the globe.
Prior to this appointment, Campbell served as Vice President, Managed Document Services
for Ricoh USA. She was Vice President, Management Services Operations for 10 years at
IKON, including a special focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction for IKON's onsite
managed services. In her career with IKON, Campbell was promoted through the
organization beginning at the site level in operations, and progressively moving through area
management, regional roles and national leadership opportunities.
