Martin Brodigan

Martin BrodiganChairman and CEO
Ricoh Americas Corporation
On May 1, 2012, Martin Brodigan was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ricoh Americas Corporation. Brodigan also serves as Corporate Senior Advisor for Ricoh Company, Ltd. of Tokyo, Ricoh Americas Corporation's parent company.

Most recently, Brodigan served as EVP and COO overseeing all sales and service channels in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Brodigan has held several leadership positions throughout his 21-year tenure with Ricoh. He served as EVP and CFO of Ricoh Americas Corporation from 2010-2012, and as President and CEO of Ricoh U.S. from 2007-2010. In addition, from 1995 to 2007, Brodigan served Ricoh Canada, first as SVP of Finance and Administration, and then as President and CEO from 2000 to 2007.

From 2005 to 2007 he was co-assigned as VP Alliances for the Global Services Business Center, Ricoh Company, Ltd.

From 1991 to 1995 Brodigan worked for Gestetner Plc (which was subsequently acquired by Ricoh) in London, first as Finance Director, Manufacturing and then Head of internal Audit.

Brodigan obtained his Chartered Accountant qualification while working for KPMG in London, England. During his time with KPMG, Brodigan worked on audits, mergers and acquisitions for large public companies. Following this, he joined a boutique investment bank based in Monaco, working on leveraged buyouts and tax planning strategies.

Tracey Rothenberger

On April 1, 2013, Tracey Rothenberger was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Offi cer of Ricoh Americas Corporation. In this role, Rothenberger is responsible for Services Consulting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Administration and Process Improvement teams. In addition, Rothenberger has been appointed a Corporate Senior Advisor of Ricoh Americas' Tokyo-based parent company, Ricoh Company, Ltd.

Rothenberger draws from more than 20 years of leadership experience. He joined IKON (a Ricoh company) in 1999, and during this time Rothenberger's roles included: Senior Vice President, CIO and Chief Process Offi cer for Ricoh Americas Corporation as well as Senior Vice President and CIO for IKON Offi ce Solutions.

Rothenberger led the centralization of IKON's IT infrastructure and its global Oracle ERP implementation. He was also a key member of the team responsible for the sale of IKON to Ricoh. After joining Ricoh, Rothenberger helped stabilize the company's operating environment following Ricoh's ERP implementation, then became Chief Process Offi cer responsible for optimizing business processes across all functions.

Most recently, Rothenberger was also responsible for leading essential aspects of Ricoh Americas' transformation to a services led company – ensuring the company took an enterprise-wide view for greater alignment and global linkage while achieving sustained business growth, improved customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery.

Prior to joining IKON, Rothenberger held senior leadership positions at Ecolab, a Fortune 500 company, and U.S. Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America.

Dominic Pontrelli

Dominic PontrelliSenior Vice President, Marketing
Ricoh Americas Corporation
Dominic Pontrelli was appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing, Ricoh Americas Corporation in October 2012. Pontrelli is a seasoned Sales and Marketing executive with more than 30 years experience at Ricoh, including both domestic and international responsibilities in key business units and strategic planning organizations.

Currently, Pontrelli is responsible for setting Ricoh's marketing strategy, including technology and solutions, channel development, new media and communications. He also oversees Ricoh's new business development and alliance strategy, as well as Ricoh's Technology Center and sustainability activities in the Americas. His overall role is to set the Americas' strategy to a services-led company, focused on meeting the needs of Ricoh's customer base, ranging from SMBs to Global/Enterprise requirements. In addition, Pontrelli is General Manager, Ricoh Global Services Business Center, where he spent two years working from Ricoh Company, Ltd. headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

Starting as a sales professional with the company in 1980, Pontrelli has had numerous positions of increasing responsibility with the company, including National Account Manager, District Manager and Product Marketing Manager. In 1995, as Marketing Director of Copying Systems, he gained valuable worldwide strategic marketing experience. He then became National Sales Manager for Professional Services in 1998, and a year later was promoted to Vice President of Global Accounts. In 2001, he assumed the role of Vice President of Marketing for Lanier, A Ricoh Company, and was then appointed Vice President, Ricoh Global Services Americas in 2007 and Senior Vice President, Business Development, Ricoh Americas Corporation in May 2012, respectively.

Pontrelli holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Economics.

Balaji Rangaswamy

Balaji RangaswamyVice President, Information Technology
Ricoh Americas Corporation
On April 1, 2013, Balaji Rangaswamy was appointed Vice President, Information Technology. In this role, Rangaswamy is responsible for leading Ricoh's IT organization. He continues to play an integral role in the future of delivering cutting-edge technology for the company's internal and external audiences.

Most recently, Rangaswamy served as Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, Ricoh Americas Corporation and was responsible for integrating systems for Ricoh Americas Corporation and IKON Office Solutions, including a centralized CRM system for the sales and ERP system for the back offi ce functions. He was responsible for providing the strategic vision and direction for business applications, thereby enabling employees and management ability to utilize enterprise-wide data for analysis and decision making. In doing so, he helped the company achieve improved customer satisfaction, expedited service delivery while controlling operating costs and achieving long term growth objectives. He was responsible for creating and maintaining a strong architectural and development foundation across the enterprise. Rangaswamy focused on key initiatives, including mobility, collaboration platforms and professional services automation.

Rangaswamy joined IKON Office Solutions in 1997 and took on additional responsibilities when the company was acquired by Ricoh in 2008, including leading the Ricoh and IKON system integration.

Rangaswamy graduated with a B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bombay.

Terrie Campbell

Terrie CampbellVice President, Strategic Marketing
Ricoh Americas Corporation
Terrie Campbell is a veteran of the document and information technology industry with focus on designing solutions that enable customers to have more effective and secure use of critical business information.

Currently, Campbell is Vice President, Strategic Marketing for Ricoh Americas Corporation, and is responsible for the strategy, direction and execution for Ricoh's Managed Document Services approach, as well as key vertical marketing strategies and programs, for both direct and dealer channels. Specifi cally, she is focused to solutions that address postrecession challenges of today's working environment. These challenges include: generational workforce behavior, mobile and remote user collaboration, secure data access and shifting corporate dynamics.

Campbell is also the Global Lead for the development of tools and processes to ensure consistent execution of Ricoh Managed Document Services around the world. Previously, she served as Vice President, Managed Document Services for Ricoh USA. She was Vice President, Management Services Operations for 10 years at IKON, including a special focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction for IKON's on-site managed services. In her career with IKON, Campbell was promoted through the organization beginning at the site level in operations, and progressively moving through area management, regional roles and national leadership opportunities.
